What to Expect from a Bicycle Service Visit

A typical service starts with an inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection. We review the condition of the bike, identify urgent issues, and separate essential work from optional maintenance before any repair begins.

Our general servicing covers safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and additional work only proceeds once approved.

Clear inspection, practical repairs, and a written summary after service.

Cycle Haven keeps the process straightforward from intake to collection.

Turnaround depends on the bicycle condition and parts availability. For essential tune-up work, the usual estimate is two to four business days after inspection, with collection timing confirmed once the scope is clear.

After the repair and adjustment stage, every bicycle receives a quality check and a post-service function check where applicable. You also get a written inspection summary so the completed work is easy to review.
